The bottling line has a production capacity of 24.000 bottles/hour for 33 cl bottles, or 10.000 bottles/hour for 75 cl. bottles.
The uncrater takes the emply bottles out of the crates and brings them to the washer where they are cleaned, sterilized and the previous labels removed.
The bottle inspector detects all impurities eventually still present after washing and ejects all suspect bottles away from the bottling line.
Another machine fills the bottles at a constant level, whereafter they are capped (for bottles of 25 cl and 33 cl), or corked and muzzled (for bottles of 75 cl) in order to prevent the ejection of the cork due to the action of carbon dioxide pressure.
The labeller sticks the labels on the bottles, whereafter they are replaced into their crates, which have meanwhile been washed. The palletizer places the crates automatically on pallets.
