"This 100% natural craft beer originated in one of the oldest breweries in Belgium, the “Brasserie du Marché” (Market Brewery) in Braine-L’Alleud (Waterloo), which was founded in 1456. In 1815, the forces allied against Napoleon drank this beer, which was recognised for giving “Strength” and “Courage”, during the battle of Waterloo. Its triple-fermentation old-style brewing from delicately selected malts and hops gives this beer a powerful, spicy taste…To be drunk in moderation!"

« The beer of Victory » :
Due to its healing properties, this beer was originally brewed for warriors and convalescents. Its malt and barley flavours, tangy sweetness of the hops, and purity of the water from which it was brewed made it the preferred drink of the victors.
The malt and barley, being starchy grains, are sources of starch (complex carbohydrates) and thus energy!
The hops, do more than provide aromatic components. Through their relaxing action they counteract anxiety, so that you’ll keep your cool in all situations.
The B1 and B6 vitamins that the Waterloo contains will help give you more get up and go!
What is more, the water that makes up more than 90% of the beer will make a large contribution to meeting your daily water needs of 1.5 to 2 litres.
